of lawyers, each having expertise in a specific field and
being responsible for a particular area of the practice -
but able to step in and generally assist each other as the

The Firm is listed in various international Law Directories
(e.g. Martindale-Hubbell etc) and Dr. Hugh Peralta has been
a member of the International Bar Association (of the UK)
for many years.
Hugh Peralta & Associates act on behalf of many reputable
major cities’ Law Firms, and has a wide international
and local client base which includes: international banks,
financial institutions and insurance companies; international
airlines; ship owners and charterers; freight forwarders and
transportation companies; multinational corporations engaged
in production, manufacturing and distribution in several industrial
and commercial sectors including tourism; property companies.
We seek to provide our clients with a complete service. Our
experienced team of lawyers, assisted by a Notary Public and
a Legal Procurator, are equipped to tackle clients’
issues from all relevant perspectives. We also enjoy a significantly
close relationship with an international firm of certified
public accountants and auditors with a view to offering our
client a complete package of services; this local firm provides,
inter alia, tax planning; accountancy ; VAT accounting; auditing
and payroll services. We may however also liaise with all
local representatives of major international audit and accounting
firms..
